PPPA DKI Asks Police To Continue The Legal Process Of The Case Of Mr. Cabuli Anak Kandung In Tamansari
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (PPPA) has requested that the police continue the legal process against the man who molested his biological child in Tamansari, West Jakarta.
"Hopefully, the legal process must continue, yes," said PPPA Jakarta Service's Advocate for the Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD PPA) Novia Hendriyati, ANTARA, Friday, August 15, 2025.
According to him, the legal process must continue even though there will be many obstacles, considering the close family relationship between the perpetrator and the victim.
"Although there will definitely be many obstacles, especially since there is a close family relationship. Of course, decisions are heavily influenced by the pro-contrast family whether to continue the legal process or not," said Novia.
For now, he emphasized that his party is fully focused on recovering children who are victims of these crimes.
"We will continue to provide reinforcement that is perspective on the best interests of the victim. Provide access to services to fulfill the right of victims to the continuity of the legal process and also to restore their psychological and social conditions," concluded Novia.

Previously, a man with the initials MRS (27) was suspected of molesting his six-year-old daughter in Tamansari, West Jakarta.
"We received a report that the alleged obscene act against a minor was carried out by his own biological father in Tamansari," said West Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Deputy Commissioner Raden Dwi Kennardi Dewanto in Jakarta, Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
The perpetrator's actions were reported to have occurred on July 27, 2025, and officers then moved to arrest the perpetrators on Sunday, August 10, 2025.
Now, the perpetrators of MRS are still being investigated by investigators regarding their motives for taking these actions against their daughters.
"We have processed the perpetrator according to the procedure. We are still investigating (the motive)," explained Raden.
