Touching Final Moment, Irfan Hakim Recalls Bringing Fried Bananas And 'Trio Ria' Promise to Mpok Alpa

JAKARTA - Amidst sobs, Irfan Hakim shared his final, touching memory of visiting Mpok Alpa.

From bringing her favorite food to promising to keep the "Trio Ria" intact, the moment testified to the strength of their friendship until the end.

Irfan recounted how he tried to coax Mpok Alpa to eat by offering her fried bananas, their mutual favorite. The moment demonstrated Mpok Alpa's struggle to remain responsive to her friend even in her weak state.

"'Mpok, do you want fried bananas?' Mpok Alpa and I both love fried bananas. 'I want some, I want some.' I brought her fried bananas, and she was unconscious, woke up, and smiled," Irfan recalled with a trembling voice.

The most touching moment occurred when he and Raffi Ahmad were about to say goodbye. They held hands, offering their final encouragement and reaffirming their promise of friendship.

"We held hands. 'Come on, Mpok, come on, Trio Ria, Raffi, Irfan, Alpa, we must always be there. Come on, be enthusiastic, keep working,'" said Irfan.

In closing, Irfan sincerely apologized for all the mistakes the deceased made.

"Please forgive Mpok Alpa if she has ever hurt you or done anything wrong to anyone. I ask for your forgiveness. May the deceased find the best place in the sight of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala," he concluded.
