Indonesia Targeted To Win 1 Title From The 2025 World Championship
JAKARTA Indonesia is targeted to get one title from the 2025 BWF World Championship or the 2025 BWF World Championship to end the title fast in the last three editions.
Head of PBSI's Development and Achievement Division, Eng Hian, said that the target was borne by all sectors, especially senior players, which were expected to shine.
"From the 2025 World Championships, I am targeting one title," he said in an official statement received by the media.
Indonesia last had a representative who was able to climb the highest podium from this prestigious event was in the 2019 edition through the men's doubles pair Hendra Setiawan/Mohammad Ahsan.
After that, Indonesia's best achievement was two silver medals, each through Hendra/Ahsan in the 2022 edition and Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti in 2023.

Indonesia has a total of 12 representatives who will appear at the 2025 BWF World Championships. This number consists of three men's singles, two women's singles, three men's doubles, two women's doubles, and two mixed doubles.
The 2025 BWF World Championships will take place on August 25-31, 2025. The match will be held at the Adidas Arena, Paris, France.
