KPK Confiscates IDR 2.4 Billion And Jeep Rubicon To Mitsubishi Pajero During OTT President Director Inhutani V

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confiscated Rp2.4 billion to two four-wheeled vehicles during a hand arrest operation (OTT) that ensnared Inhutani V President Director, Dicky Yuana Radu.

Acting (Plt) Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu said the confiscation was carried out at Aditya's house as the licensing staff for SB Group and Djunaidi who is the Director of PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng.

Meanwhile, Aditya and Djuanaidi were then named as suspects with Dicky. Asep said that this determination was carried out after an intensive examination was carried out after the silent operation.

"The KPK team then secured nine parties including ADT's brother in Bekasi along with evidence of one unit of four-wheeled vehicle and brother DIC in Jakarta with evidence of cash worth 189 thousand Singapore dollars; Rp. 8.5 million; and one unit of four-wheeled vehicle," Asep said at a press conference at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, August 14.

Asep explained that this arrest activity was related to bribery in the forestry sector related to cooperation in forest area management. He said this case started with Inhuntani V, which has area rights located in Lampung Province covering an area of 56,547 hectares.

PT Inhuntani V then collaborated with PT PML through an agreement covering three areas. Among them are Registration 42 (Rebang) covering an area of 12,727 hectares, Registration 44 (Muaradua) covering an area of 32,375 hectares, and Registration 46 (Way Hanakau) covering an area of 10,055 hectares.

However, in 2018, there were legal problems in cooperation between PT INH and PT PML. The private company is said to have not paid Land and Building Tax (PBB) for the 2018-2019 period worth IDR 2.31 billion; reforestation loan worth IDR 500 million per year.

"And have not provided a report on the implementation of activities to PT INH per month," said Asep.

"This problem was then brought to justice in 2023," said Asep.

Based on the decision of the Supreme Court (MA) which has been signed, it is explained that the cooperation agreement that was changed in 2018 between the two parties is still valid and PT PML is obliged to pay compensation of Rp3.4 billion.

However, this problem still makes PT PML intend to continue working together to re-manage forest areas in the location of three PT INH area rights based on the cooperation agreement that was changed in 2018.

This incident occurred in early 2024 which was then followed by a meeting between the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of PT Inhuntani V with Djunaidi as Director of PT PML and a team in Lampung.

The meeting then agreed on forest management by PT PML in the Forest Utilization Business Plan (RKUPH).

Furthermore, the company issued IDR 4.2 billion for plant security and Inhutani V's interests to the accounts of the state-owned company.

"At the same time, brother DIC (Dicky Yuana Rady) as the President Director of PT. INH is suspected of receiving cash from DJN (Djunaidi) brother worth Rp. 100 million which was used for personal purposes," said Asep, who also serves as Director of KPK Investigations.

After receiving the money, continued Asep, Dicky agreed to PT PML's request regarding changes to the RKUPH which consisted of 2,619.40 hectares of plant forest management in the register area 42 and 669.02 hectares of forest management in the register area 46.

"In February 2025, brother DIC (Dicky Yuana Rady) signed the PT INH Annual Work Plan (RKT) which also accommodates the interests of PT PML," he said.

Djunaidi then asked PT PML staff, Sudirman, to make proof of the deposit which was recapitulated with a value of Rp. 3 billion and Rp. 4 billion from PT PML to PT INH. This request then made the report that the state-owned company had changed from red to green and made Dicky safe even though he wanted to be transferred.

Sudirman then conveyed to Djunaidi that PT PML had issued Rp21 billion to PT INH for forest management capital.

In July 2025, there was a meeting between Dicky Yuana and Djunaidi at the golf course in Jakarta. Dicky asked for a new car that Djunaidi agreed to.

"Then in August 2025, DJN through brother ADT (Aditya) told brother DIC that the process of purchasing 1 new car unit for Rp. 2.3 billion has been taken care of by DJN's brother," explained Asep.

"At the same time, ADT's brother delivered money worth SGD189,000 from DJN's brother for DIC's brother at the Inhutani Office," he added.

Furthermore, Djunaidi through PT PML staff, Arvin conveyed to Dicky Yuana that his party had complied with all Dicky's requests, including giving to one of the Commissioners of PT. INH.

For his actions, Djunaidi and Aditya as the givers, are suspected of committing acts of corruption as regulated in Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b or Article 13 of the Corruption Eradication Law, jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, Dicky as the recipient is suspected of committing a criminal act of corruption as regulated in Article 12 letter a or b or Article 11 of the Corruption Eradication Law.
