Feeling Privacy Violated, Nikita Mirzani Threatens BCA's Somasi
JAKARTA - Artist Nikita Mirzani expressed her disappointment and anger at Bank Central Asia (BCA) after feeling that her newspaper account data was disassembled without permission at a trial.
As a priority customer, Nikita feels that her privacy has been violated and firmly states that she will send a summons after the case is resolved.
Nikita expressed this disappointment after undergoing a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, where the financial transaction data was one of the discussions.
"Oh yes, I am very disappointed with BCA because it just so happens to be a priority customer. You can ask yourself," said Nikita Mirzani after the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, August 14.
He objected because his account contained various transactions from his hard work as an artist, was examined and opened without confirmation to him first.
"I am very disappointed that my newspaper account was torn apart even though there was clearly a payment from Comic 8, endorsed, I was also off the air singing," said Nikita Mirzani.
To illustrate how active the account is, he added, "Like media friends know I like going out of town to sing just 45 minutes, my payment is IDR 125 million," he explained.

Feeling that her privacy as a customer has been injured, Nikita will not remain silent. He plans to take firm legal steps against the bank.
"So I am very disappointed with BCA why it is like that. But that's the business lately, when the case is finished I will summon it," said Nikita Mirzani.
In the courtroom, Nikita even directly confronted the witness from the Legal BCA, Ilham Putra Sutanto. He questioned the bank's commitment to protecting the customer's data.
"Do you protect priority customers?" asked Nikita Mirzani.
"We protect all customers, ma'am," replied Ilham Putra Sutanto.
Hearing this answer, Nikita immediately responded with a sharp question that implies double standards and procedural violations.
"If you protect why do you do this? You check without giving me confirmation? Even though you don't know where the money is from," said Nikita Mirzani.
"You said that BCA customers were protected, especially since I am a priority," he continued, underlining his status which should have received extra protection.
