Former President Director Of Oplosan Rice Suspects, DKI Provincial Government Now Open Selection Of Positions For PT Food Station Boss

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the DKI Jakarta Regional-Owned Enterprises Development Agency (BPBUMD) opened an open selection for the position of high-ranking PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya.

The open selection of Food Station directors was carried out after the adulterated rice case that dragged the President Director and Director of Operations and Business Food Station into a suspect. Now, both of them have resigned from their positions.

"The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the BUMD Development Agency invites the best and superior professionals to participate in the open selection process for the Board of Directors of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda)," said Head of BPBUMD DKI Jakarta Syaefuloh Hidayat in his statement, Wednesday, August 1.

"Open selection is a strategic step to find the best candidates who have strong competence, integrity, and vision in advancing the company. This selection process is expected to produce leaders who are able to manage and develop the PT Food Station business to be more professional, efficient, and competitive," said Syaefuloh.

The general requirements for participating in the open selection of the director of Food Station are as follows:

1. Indonesian citizens;

2 Physical and spiritual health and drug-free;

3. Have expertise, integrity, leadership, experience, honesty, good behavior, and high dedication to advancing and developing the company;

4. Have high motivation and dedication to advance and develop BUMD;

5. Understanding company management;

6. Have adequate knowledge in the company's business sector;

7. Never convicted for committing a criminal act that harms state finances or regional finances;

8. Never being a Board of Directors found guilty of causing a BUMD and/or Company to be bankrupt;

9. Not currently serving criminal sanctions;

10. Not being a board of political parties, candidates for regional heads or candidates for deputy regional heads, and/or members or candidates for legislative members;

11. Not currently serving as a Board of Directors for 2 (two) periods on the same BUMD;

12 are not state officials who are prohibited under statutory regulations;

13. Candidates with the status of State Civil Apparatus have stated that they are willing to follow the applicable laws and regulations related to the State Civil Apparatus;

14. Submit an application letter signed by applicants and matched Rp.10,000, addressed to the Chairperson of the Open Selection Committee for the Position of President Director and Director of Operations and Business of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya in 2025;

Meanwhile, the specific requirements are:

1. Have the lowest educational qualifications undergraduate or (S1);

2 with a minimum age of 35 years and a maximum of 55 years when submitting/registering;

3. Have experience in the field of duties related to positions that will be occupied cumulatively for a minimum of 5 (five) years.

For information, President Director of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya Employee Gunarso was named a suspect in the mixed rice case. Shortly after the determination of the suspect, the DKI Provincial Government announced that Employees had resigned from their positions.

Apparently, the employee had submitted his resignation before the determination of the suspect was revealed by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. This was also done by the Director of Operations of Food Station Ronny Lisapaly who was named a suspect along with Employees.

After the resignation of the Employees, DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung immediately appointed the Director of Finance and General Food Station Julius Sutjiadi as Acting Director of Food Station. Julius is the only Food Station director who is not a suspect in this case.

"It's just the Director of Finance, of course, the Director of Finance is.
