Epik High Is Confirmed To Cancel The Single Concert In Jakarta

JAKARTA - The hip hop group from South Korea, Epik High, has certainly canceled its single concert in Jakarta which was previously scheduled to be held at Mahaka Square, North Jakarta on August 31.

The certainty of the cancellation of the show titled Epik High Asia Tour 2025 in Jakarta was announced by the local promoter, Livesense, who re-uploaded Feng Yu Culture's statement on Instagram.

"Due to unexpected circumstances, with a heavy heart we convey that the EPIK HIGH ASIA TOUR 2025 IN JAKARTA, which was originally scheduled for August 31, 2025 at Mahaka Square, has been canceled," reads Feng Yu Culture's official statement, Tuesday, August 12.

The company representing Epik High expresses its gratitude and apologies to the High Skool "as well as fans" of K-pop music lovers who feel they have been harmed.

"First of all, we would like to thank all the HIGH SKOOL and K-POP fans for your extraordinary support for EPIK HIGH ASIA TOUR 2025 in Jakarta," said Feng Yu.

"We apologize profusely to all the fans who have been waiting for this concert, and ask for your understanding," he continued.

With this announcement, the promoter informed that the refund was only made through the official ticket sales platform.

The refund will be processed through the official ticket sales platform. For more information regarding the refund procedure, please visit @livesense.id," he said. Please note that the refund process may take 45 days.

At the same time, Livesense stated that it did not have complete control, so it had to follow the concert cancellation decision.

"As a local partner, Livesense is very disappointed with the cancellation of the Epik High Asia Tour 2025 in Jakarta, a decision that is beyond our control. We apologize profusely for this unpleasant incident," said the promoter in the comments column.
