Turkey Will Not Allow Netanyahu To Announce Areas Into Larger Disasters
JAKARTA - President Recep Tayyip Erdoungan Turkey will not allow Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his group to push the region into a bigger disaster in an effort to prolong its political continuity.
Prime Minister Netanyahu on Monday said the latest military offensive to the Gaza Strip was imminent, along with plans to control the Palestinian enclave militarily.
"We will not allow Netanyahu and his network of massacres to plunge our area into a bigger disaster just to extend their political continuity," President Erdo Misawan told reporters after a Cabinet meeting in the capital Ankara on Monday, amid Israeli preparations for further massacres by occupying the Gaza Strip completely, reported by the Daily Sabah on August 12.
PM Netanyahu last week announced plans to resolve the Gaza Strip with military control. However, his security cabinet only gave approval for military control in the Gaza City area.
The plan has opposition from countries in the world, including the West, to international organizations and agencies, highlighting the deepening humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
President Erdobulansaid Turkey was doing everything necessary to stop atrocities in Gaza, ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid without interruption.
"We have mobilized all of our country's resources and all of our diplomatic capacity," President Erdo saying.
He added that Turkey had given its clearest response to "barbarity and oppression" of "Israeli terrorist states" against Palestine.
"Our nation will also not leave Gaza alone," said President Erdoyan.
It is known that the latest conflict in Gaza broke out after a Palestinian militant group attacked Israel's southern region on October 7, 2023, leaving 1,200 people dead and another 251 held hostage according to Israeli calculations.
Israel responded to this by blocking, airstrikes and military operations in the Gaza Strip region.
