Chromebook Corruption Case, AGO Examines President Director Of PT Tera Data Indonusa.
The Attorney General's Office (AGO) is examining two witnesses in the handling of the alleged corruption case in the procurement of Chromebook laptops within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). One of them is the President Director of PT Tera Data Indonusa.
"(Checking) MS as the President Director of PT Tera Data Indonusa," said Head of the AGO, Anang Supriatna to reporters, Tuesday, August 12.
However, it was not conveyed in detail about the material or matters investigated by investigators during the examination process which took place on Monday, August 11.
It was only said about one other witness who was also questioned, namely SWP as Director of PT Evercross Technology Indonesia.
The series of examinations will continue to be carried out. The goal is to strengthen the evidentiary process for the four people who have been named as suspects.
"The witness examination was carried out to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing in the case," said Ananga.

In the Chromebook corruption case, the AGO has named four suspects. They are former Stafsus Nadiem Makarim, Jurist Tan; IBAM or Ibrahim Arief as a former technology consultant at the Ministry of Education and Culture.
