Indonesian U-17 National Team Begins Travel In The 2025 Independence Cup Against Tajikistan
JAKARTA - The 2025 Independence Cup will start rolling on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the Main Stadium of North Sumatra. The U-17 Indonesian national team will appear on the first day against Tajikistan.
The 2025 Independence Cup is a preparatory event for Young Garuda to appear in the 2025 U-17 World Cup. On this agenda, there are three other teams participating, such as Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Mali.
Tajikistan will be the first opponent faced by the U-17 Indonesian national team at 19.30 WIB.

Nova Arianto will be assisted by Haryanto Prasetyo and Dwi Prio Utomo who play the role of assistant coach.
After fighting Tajikistan, Indonesia will face Uzbekistan on August 15, 2025, and Mali on August 18, 2025.
Meanwhile, at the 2025 U-17 World Cup, Indonesia joined in Group H. In hunting for tickets to the round of 32, the Garuda Muda Squad will face Brazil, Honduras, and Zambia.
