First Cipta Smoothly Adds Business Lines To Produce Food Tray
JAKARTA - PT Cipta Perdana Lancar Tbk (PART), an automotive, electronic and sanitation component manufacturer, as of July this year absorbs capital expenditure (capex) worth IDR 59 billion, adding to the kitchen utensil business line, namely food tray (panish) and agricultural machine tools. Tjoeng Rino Saputra, Director of Cipta Perdana Lancar, said that the company is doing business diversification because it produces food trays to support BGN (National Nutrition Agency) in the Free Nutrition Food (MBG) program.
The company already has 12 machines to produce food routes at the company's factory in Tangerang, Banten. However, the company still relies on its main line of business, namely producing automotive components for two-wheeled and four-wheeled motorized vehicles.
Part management is relatively minimal, not affected by the shrinkage of the automotive industry, especially cars.
"Our main business line is to produce automotive components, around 95% of our production to produce motorcycle automotive components," said Tjoeng at a press conference at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) in Jakarta, Monday, August 11.
Shareholders at this EGMS approved the use of loans or loans worth Rp74 billion from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. The funds were used by the company for capital needs to finance business activities.
"The loan ceiling worth Rp74 billion was used as needed," said Tjoeng.
PART, which has been operating since 2007, is optimistic that the company's fundamental performance this year will grow in line with the stable sales of components for motorcycles and projected food tray sales. Cipta Perdana Lancar in 2024 recorded revenue of IDR 267.37 billion, an increase of 12.18% from IDR 238.10 billion in 2023. Meanwhile, the company's net profit jumped by 45.43% or to IDR 23.23 billion from IDR 15.98 billion. In June 2025, PART pocketed a net profit of IDR 8.56 billion.
The addition of the business line to produce food routes and loans from BCA worth IDR 74 billion is 2 of the 3 agendas set by shareholders at the Initial Lancar Cipta EGMS.
"We also stipulate the addition of an Independent Commissioner, namely Reyniel Fero Walandouw, to strengthen the company's performance supervision," said Tjoeng.
The Board of Commissioners and Directors of Human Settlements is as follows:
Commissioner Syamsiah, President Commissioner Nenden Widiastuti, Commissioner of Bara Sidabutar, Independent Commissioner Reyiel Fero Walandouw, Independent Commissioner
Director Of Hamim, President Director Of Tjoeng Rino Saputra, Director
