Campaign For Local Products, Made In Indonesia Run 2025 Enlivened By Thousands Of Participants

JAKARTA - The "Made In Indonesia Run 2025" running event which was held at Taman Mini Indonesia Indonesia Indonesia Indonesia (TMII) was greeted enthusiastically by the participants. Around 5000 runners participated in the event which took place in Cipayung, East Jakarta on Sunday, August 10.

The activity, which was organized by the MID Network, was supported by the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora) and a number of sponsors.

Carrying the theme "Thousands of One Million Karya Steps", this competition is to campaign and appreciate local Indonesian products and encourage the spirit of patriotism among the community.

"By supporting products made in Indonesia, we support the nation's economic growth and provide support to local business actors who are struggling to raise Indonesia's dignity in the international world," said Deputy Minister of Industry Faisol Reza when releasing the participants in the running competition.

Acting (Plt) Deputy of Industry of the Ministry of Industry, Agro Putu Juli Ardika said, "Made In Indonesia Run" is one of the activities in promoting domestic products.

"The enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the participants is extraordinary. Hopefully, domestically made products are often used by the public," he said.

He emphasized that this activity was very good because apart from cultivating the use of domestic products, it was also good for public health, especially teenagers who were participants.

"So, we encourage healthy living by exercising. One of them is running," he said.

Deputy for Sports Industry Development at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, R Isnanta said, "Made In Indonesia Run" is very good because it is in line and identical to what is being done at the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

"We want to strengthen domestic sports products, so that they can help the people's economy," he said.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports is also promoting that Indonesians use domestically made sports tools.

"This running activity is an important part to revive the community's economy because the number of participants reaches 5,000 people, such as making run jerseys and shoes that use local products," he said.

With participants reaching thousands, the money circulation created reaches billions.
