Sharing the Tasks, Brisia Jodie Opens Up About the Stress of Wedding Preparations

JAKARTA - Behind the happy news of her wedding plans, Brisia Jodie doesn't deny the ups and downs and complexities of the preparation process.

Like most couples, she also faced the reality of the "dizzy" of finding vendors and the classic issue of "trials" leading up to the wedding day.

One of the biggest challenges she faced was finding a location or venue that everyone, including her family, agreed to. The process was quite long and tiring.

"I like to do the research myself first. The next day, I make another appointment with Alden... Sometimes Alden is okay, sometimes I'm not. Then, sometimes we're okay, but the family isn't. So, it's a headache," Jodie explained in the Tangerang area recently.

Regarding the myth of trials leading up to the wedding, Jodie admitted that she tries not to think too much about it.

For her, the most important thing is being prepared to face all the challenges together as a team.

"I try not to think about that either. I'm too busy thinking about other things, so things like that don't cross my mind. I mean, let's just prepare for everything, the trials and tribulations, the important thing is to face them together and not be separated, that's all," she said wisely.

Although the division of duties is 50-50, reality shows that she and Alden have to complement each other, especially since Alden's busy schedule proves that wedding preparations do require extra cooperation and patience.

"It's 50-50 together. But for things like costs, it's still Alden's responsibility. But when it comes to choosing a venue, it's the two of us. But I usually do the research myself, because Alden regularly shoots, so I like to do the research myself first," Brisia Jodie concluded.
