The Ministry Of Law And Human Rights Officially Implements 10 Commissioners Of LMKN For The 2025-2028 Period
JAKARTA - Following the end of the term of office of the Commissioner of the National Collective Management Institute (LMKN) led by Dharma Oratmangun, the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenkum) officially inaugurated a new Commissioner for the 2025-2028 period.
This inauguration is the implementation of the mandate of the Minister of Law Regulation Number 27 of 2025 (Permenkum 27/2025) as the implementing rule of Government Regulation Number 56 of 2021 concerning Management of Song and/or Music Copyright Royalties.
Meanwhile, the ten LMKN Commissioners who were inaugurated for the 2025 '2028 period were divided into five Commissioners for the LMKN Creator and LMKN Owner of Related Rights.
The LMKN Creator commissioners are Andi Muhanan Tambolututu, M. Noor Korompot, Dedy Kurniadi, Makki Omar, and Aji M. Mirza Ferdinand.
Meanwhile, the Commissioners of LMKN Owners of Related Rights are Wiliam, Ahmad Ali Fahmi, Suyud Margono, Jusak Irwan Setiono, and Marcell Siahaan.
Director General of Intellectual Property, Razilu, emphasized that this inauguration is an important momentum to strengthen the economic rights protection of creators and owners of related rights. He hopes that LMKN can work with three main principles: transparency, accountability, and justice.

The newly appointed commissioners are encouraged to immediately formulate royalty tariff guidelines, strengthen national databases of licensing and works, accelerate distribution processes, and increase the effectiveness of withdrawals from commercial users.
LMKN is also asked to cooperate closely with all Collective Management Institutions (LMK) and industry players.
