Indonesia Vs Canada At The U-21 Women's Volleyball World Championship: Hunt For First Victory
JAKARTA The Indonesian Women's Volleyball national team will face Canada in the second match of Group A of the 2025 FIVB U-21 Women's Volleyball World Championship (2025 FIVB Volleyball Women's U-21 World Championship). The Garuda Pertiwi squad will hunt down the first victory.
The clash is scheduled to take place at the Java Pos Arena, Surabaya, East Java, on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 20.00 WIB.

"It is clear that competing experience is very important in a tournament. The players feel nervous and fail to get out of pressure," Marcos Sugiyama said in a statement received.

Sugiyama was quite surprised by the results obtained when dealing with Vietnam. The reason is, he referred to the results of the trial before the championship which was quite impressive.

Canada, which Indonesia will face, also actually lost in the first match. The North American representative lost 0-3 against Argentina.
