The KPK Team Is Still Moving In South Sulawesi To Clean Up OTT

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed that there is still a team moving in South Sulawesi to complete a hand arrest operation (OTT) today. A total of three locations were visited during the silent operation.

"For the team in South Sulawesi, we are still waiting together," said Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu to reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, August 7 evening.

Meanwhile, two other teams are said to be engaged in the Jakarta and Southeast Sulawesi areas. Asep is currently at the KPK office.

"Earlier I told you that there are three locations, yes, but those who have arrived here are the teams in Jakarta with us carrying or securing three people, then the team from Kendari or Southeast Sulawesi, we have secured four people," he said.

"So what has existed means 7 people so far," continued Asep, who is also the Director of the Investigation.

Asep said the silent operation was related to allegations of corruption in improving the quality or status of hospitals using the Special Allocation Fund (DAK). The parties arrested are private and civil servants (PNS).

"Yes, the organizers will be. I haven't checked it yet, but what is clear is there. There must be because this is the concept of bribery, yes, from the private sector to state officials," he said.

The current KPK has 1x24 hours to determine the status of the arrested parties. The official submission will be delivered through a press conference.
