Will Present Fact Witnesses Who Are Ready To Disrupt The Trial, Vadel Badjideh Is Optimistic To Be Free

JAKARTA - Vadel Badjideh's attorney, Oya Abdul Malik, made a very surprising promise in the middle of his client's trial process.

He stated that he would present a witness who he believed would shocked the entire South Jakarta District Court. This statement was made amidst his high optimism that targeted Vadel to be free from all charges.

Oya openly revealed that the biggest hopes of her, Vadel, and her family are a free verdict.

"Vadel and his family want to be free. You can have that hope, you can and you have to believe it," said Oya Abdul Malik at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, August 6.

This optimistic attitude, according to him, is the key in dealing with the legal process. "You have to be optimistic (following the trial), because in my opinion what we think will happen. So we have good prejudices," said Oya Abdul Malik.

He also claimed that so far his party had not held much refutation against the witnesses presented by the Public Prosecutor (JPU).

"So far, from the beginning the witnesses presented by the prosecutor also have no denial. We are good listeners," he said.

For the next trial, Vadel's side has prepared fact witnesses and expert witnesses. "Next trial there will be one more fact witness and expert witness," explained Oya Abdul Malik.

This is where Oya made her sensational promise. He gave a signal that the witnesses who will be presented are not random people and will make the trial the main focus.

"To present (the witness), someone who will shock the South Jakarta District Court," he concluded.
