Rosan Calls The Elimination Of Tantiem, Commissioner Of SOEs, State Saves IDR 8 Trillion
JAKARTA - CEO of the Anagata Nusantara Resources Investment Management Agency (BPI) Danantara Rosan Roeslani explained that related to the elimination of bonuses to cutting incentives for SOE commissioners, it has the potential to save the company's finances, around Rp. 8 trillion per year.
Regarding the removal of tantiem like a BUMN commissioner, according to Rosan, it has been reported to President Prabowo Subianto after an in-depth study was previously carried out.
This was conveyed by Rosan Roeslani to reporters after attending the plenary session of the Red and White Cabinet at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Wednesday, August 6.
Previously, it was reported that BPI Danantara had stopped members of the Board of Commissioners of SOEs and Subsidiaries of SOEs from obtaining bonuses, incentives, and income in other forms associated with the company's performance.
The prohibition of getting incentives is included in the form of performance incentives, special incentives, and/or long-term incentives.
