Jakarta LRT Project Phase 1B Capai 61.79 Percent

JAKARTA - The BUMD PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) recorded a pogres for the construction of the Jakarta LRT phase 1B as of July 31, 2025, reaching 61.79 percent. The PSI Girderdirection work at several stations such as BPKP Pramuka Station and Matraman Station has begun.

Then, at Rawamangun Station, the architectural work stage and MEP (mechanical, electric, plumbing) are being carried out. Meanwhile, in the area of Pasar Pramuka Station and Manggarai Station, pier and pier head work is currently underway.

"Constructions in dense areas such as Manggarai and Matraman do have their own challenges, but thanks to intensive coordination between Jakpro and stakeholders regarding this, this can be controlled," said Director of the Jakarta LRT Project, Ramdani Akbar in his statement, Wednesday, August 6.

The bore pile, pilecap, and pier work on the Wiyoto Wiyono toll flyover has been completed, currently being continued to the pier head and the installation of a traveller form for the box girder long span segment.

In the Jalan Pramuka area, the majority of pier work has been completed and is being continued to the direction girder work as well as casting slabecks and parapet walls.

Then, the majority of pier flyovers on Jalan Pramuka have been completed and are being continued to the direction girder work as well as the casting of slabdecks and parapet walls. The Pramuka flyover area is also in the middle of a bore pile, pilecap, pier, and pier head work while the Tambak road area is being continued to casting slabdecks and parapet walls.

"The Jakarta Phase 1B LRT project is indeed part of the big movement of the City of Jakarta towards a global city that is more efficient and environmentally friendly. From congestion to connectivity, from pollution to sustainability, because now public transportation is no longer an option, but a need for a better life," explained Ramdani.

It is known that the 1B phase Jakarta LRT has a 6.4 kilometer long track span which has 5 stations, namely Rawamangun Youth Station, BPKP Scout Station, Matraman Station, and Manggarai Station.

So far, as many as 6 LRT stations have operated with a length of 5.2 kilometers in phase 1, namely Pegangsaan Dua, North Boulevard Station, South Boulevard Station, Pulomas Station, Equestrian Station, and Velodrome Station.
