AHU Service Now Available In All Jabotabek MPPs

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Law (Kemenkum) through the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (Ditjen AHU) inaugurated the Public Legal Administration Service at the Public Service Mall (MPP) of South Tangerang City, Jl. Pahlawan Seribu, Cilenggang, Serpong, South Tangerang City, Banten.

Director General of General Legal Administration (Dirjen AHU) Widodo said the presence of AHU Services at the South Tangerang City MPP is the right step because people no longer need to look for where the AHU Service is located. Only need to visit MPP and can easily get services.

"People no longer need to access services from afar or wonder where to go. They just have to come to one place, be served well, and go home with certainty. This is the face of a legal service that we aspire to. simple, definite, fast, and transparent," said Widodo, Wednesday, August 6.

He explained that the Directorate General of AHU manages a variety of very complex services. From legal services for business entities including individual companies, legalization of atypical, guarantees of fiduciary, citizenship and citizenship, to management of relic assets, all touch on important aspects of people's lives.

For this reason, he continued, digital transformation is a must to ensure that this service runs effectively. However, it should not be forgotten that there are still many people who need assistance, assistance and direct presence.

"Therefore, the presence of AHU Services at MPP is the answer. The service at this MPP is not just an administrative space, but a bridge between technology and humanity," he explained.

Widdodo revealed that the presence of AHU Services at the South Tangerang City MPP was a manifestation of the central government's cooperation, in this case the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through the Directorate General of AHU and the Banteh Regional Government through the South Tangerang City Government. Without stakeholder cooperation between the center and the service area, it may not be possible that it can be realized.

"This is an ideal form of synergy between the center and the regions, between vertical agencies and local authorities, for one purpose, namely quality public services and reaching all levels of society," he said.

Widodo conveyed that the presence of AHU Services at MPP is part of a program to improve excellent public services as mandated by President Prabowo and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights' commitment to encouraging an adaptive, responsive, and community-oriented bureaucracy.

"In the future, we will reopen AHU Service Outlets in several areas that are considered strategic so that it can make it easier for people who need our services," he said.

To note, together with the AHU Service at the Tangsel City MPP, launching was also carried out by the seven MPPs spread across Jabotabek, namely, the Tangerang City MPP, the Tangerang Regency MPP, the DKI Jakarta MPP, the Bogor City MPP, the Bogor Regency MPP and the Bekasi MPP.
