Support The Government To Realize 3 Million Houses, GIS And Aatu Realty Property Group To Build Housing In Cianjur

JAKARTA - The commitment of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG) to support the 3 million house program is again shown in collaboration with Aatu Realty Property Group in the construction of the Graha Asatu Puncak housing estate in Cibodas, Cianjur, West Java. SIG and Aatu Realty Property Group will build as many as 500 units of various types of houses using precision interlocks products in nine clusters.

The collaboration between SIG and Aatu Realty Property Group was marked by the groundbreaking ceremony by the Director of Public Openness, Transparency, and Accountability, Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas, Brigadier General Pol. Julisa Kusumowardono together with the Director of Sales & Marketing SIG, Dicky Saelan at the Graha Asatu Puncak housing estate on Friday, August 1.

Precision interlocks are GIS green cement derivative products with a brick work mechanism that locks each other between beams such as the tidal unloading toy system. The use of precision interlock bricks provides many advantages over conventional materials in the construction of houses, because it is more efficient in the use of materials, and the duration of construction is faster as evidenced in the construction of examples of type 36 environmentally friendly site occupancy in IKN within 15 days. This GIS green cement derivative product is also earthquake resistant and fire, as well as providing a modern appearance and is able to condition the air in the room to be cooler.

This collaboration is considered as support for the government in the construction of 3 million houses. This similarity of vision brings together SIG with Aatu Realty Property Group to collaborate in the construction of the Graha Asatu Puncak housing.

Meanwhile, President Director of Asatu Realty Property Group, Joko Santosa, expressed his pride in partnering with SIG. According to him, Aatu Realty Property Group is a pioneer in building houses with precision interlocks on the island of Java. The construction of Graha Asatu Puncak, is the third project to use precision interlocks following the success of previous projects in Kendal, Central Java and West Bandung, West Java.

In the Bumi Svarga Asri housing project, SIG supplies precision interlock bricks to build as many as 250 housing units in Kendal, Central Java, which is the first pilot residence for the Low-Income Society (MBR) in Indonesia. After that, GIS again supplies 250 units of precision interlock bricks on the Hannan Permai Rendeh housing project in West Bandung, West Java. In the near future, SIG will also support Aatu Realty Property Group by supplying the same product to build a house in Agung Podomoro Land.
