Telegram Launches Public Posts And Story Album Search Features
JAKARTA Telegram has launched new features for its users in various parts of the world. There are two features where the messaging platform launched, including a search for posts and albums for stories.
With the addition of these two new features, users can search for related topics from various public channels. In addition, users can also set the moment they share into an album that can be accessed through a profile.
The actual search for posts only focuses on messages uploaded on the channel. When accessing the search page, users will see Posts tab in the List of Apps, Media, Channels, Messages, and more.
In the search field, users can type any keyword to get related posts. Later, a row of channels will appear with related keywords. The concept is similar to being a message with certain keywords in the chat room.
"The search for posts was initially available to Premium Telegram users who helped keep Telegram free, fast, and safe for more than a billion users worldwide," Telegram said, quoted on Tuesday, August 5.

Selain fitur pencarian, Telegram juga meluncurkan fitur Album Cerita. Dengan adanya fitur ini, pengguna dapat mengumpulkan cerita liburan, foto pet, dan momen lainnya dan menyoroti setiap momennya di Albumy yang pengguna buat.
This feature is very useful for business owners and content creators. They can upload stories to their channels and set them into albums. This will help platforms in displaying products or grouping content into playlists.
"To add a story to the album, open the 'Posting' tab on your profile or channel and tap 'Add Album'," explained Telegram.
