Motorcyclist In Bali Battered Beaten By Youth Gangs, Bags Confiscated By Perpetrators
DENPASAR - A man with the initials IGP (31) from Jakarta became a victim of a battered beating. The perpetrators also took the victim's bag which contained a wallet.
Head of Public Relations of Denpasar Police, AKP I Ketut Sukadi said the incident occurred on Jalan Gatot Subroto, North of North Denpasar Tennis Field, on Saturday (2/8) at around 23.30 WITA.
"The victim suffered abrasions on the lower part of his left eye, abrasions on his right elbow, sprains on his right leg, allegedly broken and lost a stripe bag which contained a wallet," said AKP Sukadi, Monday, August 4.
At that time, the victim who passed by met a group of youths. The victim was shouted at to the point of choosing to step on the gas.
But the victim was immediately hit by one of the youth groups. When he fell, the victim was beaten by the perpetrators.
"Then the group of young people immediately fled leaving the victim. So that the victim reported the incident to the North Denpasar Police for further treatment," he added.

Police are still hunting for the perpetrators. Meanwhile, the victim was hospitalized.
"(The perpetrators) are still investigating. (The motive) is that they understand on the road. Currently, the police are asking for information from the reporter and the witness at the crime scene and checking the CCTV footage at the crime scene," said Sukadi.
