The Motive Is Still A Mystery, Investigators Are Asked By The NTB Prosecutor's Office To Hold The Reconstruction Of The Death Of Brigadier Nurhadi
The research prosecutor team from the West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office asked police investigators to hold a reconstruction of the death case of Brigadier Muhammad Nurhadi alias MN.
Spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Efrien Saputera, said the request for reconstruction was contained as a guide to the research prosecutor in returning the case files belonging to three suspects to police investigators.
"So, there is one of the research prosecutor's instructions items that asks investigators to carry out reconstruction by involving the prosecutor's office," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, August 4.
The purpose of the request, explained Efrien, was so that the cause of Brigadier MN's death was revealed, including the role of each suspect.
"So that the problem can be clear," he said.
Head of the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Wahyudi, previously said that his party had not yet received the handover of files belonging to three suspects in the case of Brigadier MN's death from police investigators.
"It's still P-19 (returning the file). If I'm not mistaken, it's still being investigated, developed. It's still being researched by fellow investigators at the NTB Police," said Wahyudi.
The previous Head of the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Enen Saribanon, Monday (14/7), also stated that the cause of Brigadier MN's death in Gili Trawangan has not been revealed in the case file belonging to three suspects.

In returning the files to police investigators, Enen said that the research prosecutor gave instructions to add criminal articles.
The three suspects in this case had the initials Kompol Y, Ipda HC, and a woman with the initials M. The three of them are now undergoing detention at the Directorate of Detention and Evidence of the NTB Police.
