BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Cilincing Holds JMO And MLT Educational Titles At PT Dragon Forever

JAKARTA - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Cilincing Branch Office held a direct service at PT Dragon Forever on Friday, August 1, 2025. This activity aims to provide education on the use of the Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) application, handle obstacles in using applications, conduct labor data corrections, and socialize the BPJS Employment Additional Service Benefit Program (MLT).

Head of the Jakarta Cilincing BPJS Employment Branch Office, Rita Mariana, stated that this education is part of a sustainable effort to increase synergy with business entities.

"We want to ensure that the workforce understands and utilizes the JMO service optimally, as well as provides easy access to information related to the BPJS Employment program," said Rita.

High enthusiasm is shown by PT Dragon Forever workers during the activity. They actively ask questions and participate in educational sessions to understand JMO features, such as submitting Old Age Security (JHT) claims with a maximum balance of IDR 15 million and periodic guarantee claims. In addition, the JMO application also allows workers to monitor membership status and access additional facilities provided.

Rita menambahkan, aplikasi JMO dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi tenaga kerja dalam mengakses layanan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

"The features not only facilitate claims, but also help workers understand their rights and benefits as BPJS Employment participants," added Rita.

To date, as many as 31,710 active workers assisted by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Cilincing have used the JMO application. To support the increase in the use of this application, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Cilincing is committed to continuing to carry out education in a sustainable manner to various business entities.

"We will continue to be present at the locations of business entities to provide direct services, so that relations with business partners are getting stronger and our services are increasingly being felt," concluded Rita.
