Exclusive Video, ICSF Chairman Ardi Sutedja Says Data Exchange with the United States Does Not Comply with the PDP Law
JAKARTA - According to Ardi Sutedja, S.H., MBA., Ph.D., Chairman and Founder of the Indonesia Cyber Security Forum (ICSF), the trade agreement between Indonesia and the United States, which involves the exchange of personal data, violates Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law). It is the government's responsibility to explain to the public that the data being exchanged is secure and will not be used for unauthorized purposes.
