Bumi Kartini Defends MLSC Title, Bulungcangkring New Champion Of MLSC KU-10

JAKARTA SDUT Bumi Kartini Jepara managed to defend the 12th age group (KU) title at the MilkLife Soccer Challenge (MLSC) Kudus Series 1 2025-2026. This is their fifth consecutive title in the event.

They managed to climb the highest podium at the early age event after defeating SDN Jambean 02 Pati with a score of 3-2 in the final match at the Supersoccer Arena, Kudus, Central Java, on Sunday, August 3, 2025.

The three winning goals for Bumi Kartini were scored by Rere Zenita Farza and Rara Zenita Fatin's brace. On the other hand, the opposing team's two goals were bought up by Hafiza Khairan Lubna Lista through a set-piece scheme.

"I am very happy to be able to help the team win the MilkLife Soccer Challenge for the fifth time. Hopefully I can continue to achieve more achievements that make parents proud," said Rara.

As for SD 3 Bulangcangkring, the new KU-10 champion, after successfully making a 2-1 win over SD Muhammadiyah Birrul Walidain, the team with two wins at MLSC Kudus Series 2 2024 and MLSC Kudus 2025.

Lutfia Indriana Putri and Putri Lestari netted two goals each. The opposing team's reply was scored by Keisha Athira Imawan through the penalty spot.

The MilkLife Soccer Challenge Kudus Series 1 2025-2026 was recorded as following by 1,370 students from 92 elementary schools (SD) and madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) in Kudus and its surroundings. The number of participants also increased compared to the previous series.

The Regent of Kudus, Sam'ani Intakoris, positively welcomed the interest of the participants in the tournament initiated by the Djarum Foundation and the MilkLife Sports Service. He hopes that in the future professional women's soccer players from Kudus and the surrounding area will be born.

"Of course we support this activity and continue to coordinate with the Education and Sports Office to mobilize students to exercise regularly."

From this series, the team managed to pocket 50 names from KU-10 and 20 footballers from KU-12 to take part in the MilkLife Soccer Extra Training which was rolling regularly and intensively for three times a week.

The head coach of the Kudus Soccer Challenge MilkLife, Yayat Hidayat, said that in addition to attracting the attention of the coaching team, the quality of Kudus footballers has also increased and is getting evener.

"This is certainly a breath of fresh air because it turns out that there are still many potential seeds in Kudus that have just emerged. We will train them regularly at the Supersoccer Arena," he said.

In the MilkLife Soccer Challenge Kudus Series 1 2025-2026, there were three SSBs that opened direct registration for the participants, namely SSB Arema Malang Semarang Branch, Sultan Kudus United (SKU), and SSB Lysandra Demak.

Djarum Foundation Sports Service Director Program, Yoppy Rosimin, said Kudus was still a potential barn for the birth of talent for young women footballers.

"We hope that the spirit of future women's footballers will not only end here, but will continue to burn by joining SSB and regularly participating in routine and tiered tournaments to measure capabilities," he said.
