Shifting Darmawan Junaidi, Riduan Didapuk Earlier, Bank Mandiri's Managing Director

JAKARTA - Bank Mandiri held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Monday, August 4 with a single agenda, namely changes to the composition of the company's management. In this EGMS, shareholders agreed to appoint Riduuan as President Director replacing Darmawan Junaidi. Just so you know, previously Riduan served as deputy president director.

Bank Mandiri's Corporate Secretary, M. Ashidiq Iswara, explained that the adjustment of the management structure is a form of the company's commitment to keep the organization adaptive to the dynamics of the industry and challenges ahead, in line with the direction of national economic development policies.

"This change is part of Bank Mandiri's long-term strategy to strengthen the organizational structure, increase synergy between functions, and accelerate strategic decisions to support business transformation and contribute to strengthening the people's-based economy," said Ashidiq Iswara, Monday, August 4.
