In addition to the non-leave policy, Governor Isran hopes that ASNs in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government will not be recalcitrant. If they are violated, of course they will get moral sanctions.

There are various sanctions, and there are considerations for ASN who violate the Eid homecoming. Isran Noor said that the public is allowed to carry out Eid prayers at the mosque provided that they comply with health protocols.
"Eid Al-Fitr prayer is sunna, it is not mandatory, but it is carried out once a year, and it is carried out with the current pandemic conditions, of course with the requirements that have been submitted and the legal umbrella and prohibitions have been carried out," he said.
