Mitsubishi FUSO Educates Fleet Consumers About EURO 4 Through the VIP Fleet Customer Training Program

TANGERANG – To strengthen Mitsubishi Fuso's 55-year commitment to Indonesia, PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), the official distributor of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) commercial vehicles in Indonesia, held the five-day VIP Fleet Customer Training 2025 program from July 28 to August 1, 2025.

This activity demonstrates Mitsubishi Fuso's commitment not only to providing robust and reliable commercial vehicles but also to educating and engaging fleet customers with product information, after-sales service, and the implementation of Mitsubishi Fuso's latest technologies.

"The implementation of EURO 4 is part of our commitment to supporting government regulations towards more environmentally friendly transportation. We understand that the transition to EURO 4 technology requires adaptation, therefore we are here to provide education and ensure all our fleet partners have a proper and comprehensive understanding of this technology," said Sudaryanto, General Manager of Business Communication at PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors.

This program was attended by 20 participants from 14 fleet companies that are Mitsubishi Fuso consumers and have around 50 EURO 4 vehicles. The participants also consisted of mechanics, company owners, and parties directly involved in fleet maintenance and management. During the five-day training, participants were provided with in-depth material regarding the Canter and Fighter X product lines, including maintenance training, as well as semi-overhaul engine practices for both models. Participants also gained a thorough understanding of the use of genuine spare parts, both Fuso Genuine Parts and Tiga Berlian Spare Parts, as well as the use of digital after-sales services, namely Runner Telematics, to maximize fleet efficiency.

One of the training participants, Mr. Sulvian from PT. Gunung Samudera International, located in Southeast Sulawesi, whose business is mining contractors and heavy equipment rental, said, "Almost 50% of our units are Fighter X. I found this training very beneficial because in the training sessions conducted by KTB, we learned about problem-solving. They provided solutions to any problems we encountered on-site. So, when we returned from the training, we could apply the solutions."

The highlight of the event took place on August 1, 2025, at GIIAS 2025. Participants were invited to explore innovations at the Mitsubishi Fuso booth and participated in a certificate-presentation ceremony as a token of appreciation for their active participation. Zaenal Muttaqien, Senior Trainer of PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors said, "Today, participants are invited to visit the Mitsubishi Fuso booth at the GIIAS 2025 exhibition. Here, we will directly introduce the Fighter X FM 65 F Tractor Head 4x2 to participants, which will soon be launched as a commercial vehicle line ready to meet the various needs of the logistics and distribution industry. The certificates we provide demonstrate that participants have updated their knowledge and competency in handling Mitsubishi Fuso trucks."

Through this series of VIP Fleet Customer Training 2025, Mitsubishi FUSO affirms its commitment as a True Business Mainstay, continuously innovating and assisting consumers in facing industry challenges and the transition to environmentally friendly and sustainable technologies.
