Digital Service Acceleration, Joumpa Is Now Officially Available On Livin' By Mandiri

JAKARTA - PT Integration Aviation Solutions or InJourney Aviation Services (IAS) as a sub-holding from InJourney, established a strategic partnership with Bank Mandiri to provide Joumpa services through the Livin' Sukha feature in the Livin' by Mandiri application.

This collaboration was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) witnessed by IAS Commercial Director Muchdian Muchlis and Bank Mandiri Network and Retail Funding Executive Officer Jan Winston and the management ranks of both parties, which took place at AP Space, Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, Friday, August 1.

Joumpa, managed by InJourney Aviation Services (IAS), is an airport assistance service such as personal assistants, fast tracks, as well as pick-up and delivery services at airports that offer a faster and more comfortable travel experience.

IAS Commercial Director Muchdian Muchlis in his speech explained that Joumpa services are currently available at almost all airports in Indonesia, including Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Ngurah Rai, Juanda, and Kualanamu. Through this integration, Livin' by Mandiri users can now enjoy the convenience of ordering Joumpa services in just a few steps, without the need to change applications.

"This collaboration is a tangible manifestation of the synergy between the financial sector and aviation in presenting service solutions that are oriented towards customer convenience. We believe this integration will strengthen added value for customers, especially those with high mobility. With the presence of Joumpa in Livin' by Mandiri, we hope that premium airport services can be accessed more broadly and practically," said Muchdian.

Meanwhile, Bank Mandiri Network and Retail Funding Executive Officer Jan Winston, added that this collaboration is part of the company's ongoing efforts to encourage the acceleration of relevant and added value digital services for the community. According to him, the presence of Joumpa in Livin' Sukha is a tangible form of cross-industry synergy that is increasingly needed in today's digital era, where collaboration is the key to expanding access, accelerating technology adoption, and improving service quality.

This step is also in line with Livin' by Mandiri's performance which continues to record growth. As of May 2025, the number of active users has reached 31.6 million with a total transaction frequency of 1.8 billion times and the transaction value reached IDR 1.744 trillion, growing 12% year-on-year (YoY).

Furthermore, Jan hopes that this collaboration can make a real contribution in supporting the transformation of public services, especially in the transportation and tourism sectors. The use of digital technology through Livin' by Mandiri is believed to be able to produce relevant and broad solutions for the community.
