Yusril: Amnesty Hasto Kristiyanto, Tom Lembong's Abolition, President Prabowo Is In Accordance With The Rules

JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for Law, Human Rights, Immigration and Corrections (Menko Kumham Imipas), Yusril Ihza Mahendra, emphasized that the amnesty for Hasto Kristiyanto and Abolition for Tom Lembong given by President Prabowo Subianto was in accordance with the 1945 Constitution.

This was revealed by Yusril through a video release received by the VOI.ID Editor on Friday, August 1.

Yusril also emphasized that if there is an amnesty and abolition given by President Prabowo, then Hasto and Tom Lembong no longer need to continue the legal case between the two.

Regarding amnesty and abolition, according to Yusril, President Prabowo has absolute authority because it is in accordance with the 1945 Constitution and the Emergency Law Number 11 of 1954 concerning amnesty and abolition.
