Pramono Reorganizes Commissioner Of MRT Jakarta, Heru Budi Remains A Commissioner

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung has overhauled the composition of the board of commissioners and directors of PT MRT Jakarta. This was stipulated in the decision of shareholders outside the general meeting of shareholders on July 30, 2025.

Pramono appointed Sudarmanto as Commissioner, Ahmad Yani as Commissioner, and Risa Olivia as Director.

Meanwhile, the position of President Commissioner remains held by Heru Budi Hartono. Heru is a former Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta for 2022-2024 and Head of the Presidential Secretariat for 2017-2024.

Meanwhile, the new commissioners replaced Bambang Kristiyono and Jujun Endah Wahjuningrum from the position of Commissioner of the MRT Jakarta.

Corporate Secretary Division Head of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) Ahmad Pratomo in his statement, Friday, August 1.

For the record, Sudarmanto, who has just been appointed as an experienced MRT Jakarta Commissioner as a senior academic and executive for more than 25 years and is active in various civil society organizations.

Meanwhile, Ahmad Yani is a bureaucrat of the Ministry of Transportation who now serves as Secretary of the Directorate General of Land Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation.

Then, Risa Olivia is a banking practitioner with more than 20 years of experience. Before being appointed as Director, he was the Managing Director of the Japanese Corporate Business Management Department of the MUFG Bank, Jakarta Branch.
