Allegations Of The 2025 NTB DPRD Pokir Fund, The Wife Of The Former West Lombok Regent Examined By The Prosecutor's Office

NTB - The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) examined Nanik Suryatiningsih, who is the wife of former West Lombok Regent Zaini Arony regarding the circulation of "stealth funds" in the distribution of basic ideas (pokir) of the NTB DPRD in 2025.

Spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Efrien Saputera, said that Nanik Suryatiningsih underwent an examination in the status of a member of the NTB DPRD.

"Yes, that's right. Its nature is clarified because it is still being investigated," he said in Mataram, Friday, as reported by Antara.

Nanik who was met at the NTB Prosecutor's Office Building admitted that there was an examination before the prosecutor for the special crime sector.

He admitted that he was present before the prosecutor on personal initiative, not because of a summons from the prosecutor's office.

"This is not a summons, an initiative itself," said Nanik, who was seen present accompanied by a lawyer.

This Gerindra Party politician also dismissed the offer and acceptance of "stealth funds" with a value of hundreds of millions of rupiah as experienced by a number of members of the NTB DPRD.

"I did not accept and received an offer of money. It was just an issue," he said.

Furthermore, Nanik did not comment much on his presence before the prosecutor. He directed that complete information be asked to the prosecutor's office.

"Later, the question material will be asked by investigators.

The NTB Prosecutor's Office handled this case based on the Investigation Order of the Head of the West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office Number: PRINT-09/N.2/Fd. 1/07/2025 dated July 10, 2025.

From a series of investigations, it was observed that a number of legislative and executive members had gone to the prosecutor's office. Some attended the personal initiative as well as the prosecutor's summons.
