Murder Of Cooperative Employees In South Lampung, The Motive Is Debt Debt

JAKARTA - The Lampung Regional Police (Polda) revealed the motive for the murder of a cooperative employee in South Lampung Regency named Pandra (21) who was reported missing on Monday, July 28 by the family.

"From the statements of the witnesses, the perpetrator felt hurt because he was billed a debt by the victim who was a cooperative employee," said Direskrimum Polda Lampung Kombes Pol Indra Hermawan, at the Lampung Police Headquarters, Friday, August 1, confiscated by Antara.

He said that the perpetrator had a debt to the victim of Rp. 500,000 thousand which had to be paid every week in the amount of Rp. 125,000.

"On July 28, when the victim asked the perpetrator for an argument between the two. The victim collected debts but the perpetrator did not have money at that time, so the suspect left the house looking for a loan but could not and there was a feeling offended by the victim's words," he said.

Then, he continued, the perpetrator finally returned outside the house for the second time, with the excuse of looking for a loan of money, but the suspect prepared machetes and tools to kill the victim who was borrowed from his neighbor.

"After the tool, such as a machete and a fishing thread, the perpetrator was ready to return to his house and told the victim that he could not get a loan. Then the perpetrator took the victim to go together to your brother's house to find a loan," he said.

He said the victim and the perpetrator finally came out together using the victim's motorbike to the brother's place, but in the middle of a deserted road the victim was immediately charged by the suspect using a fishing line that had been prepared.

"After the victim and the perpetrator fell from the motorbike, the suspect immediately slit the cooperative employee with a machete that had been prepared. Then threw it in the river, after that the victim sold the victim's motorbike and then gave it to his wife and children and children and ordered them to go to Jakarta," he said.

He also said that the perpetrator himself had gone to Tanggamus Regency to make a pilgrimage and sell the victim's cellphone.

"After disappearing since July 28, the perpetrator finally surrendered to the Natar Police on Thursday (July 31). In this incident, the Lampung Police examined 11 witnesses and the perpetrators would be sentenced to a maximum sentence of life or 20 years in prison," he said.
