Results Of The Title Of Special Cases Allegedly Fake Diplomas, Jokowi's Camp: Real, Completed

JAKARTA - The attorney for the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi), Rivan Kusumanegara, stated that the chaos regarding the alleged fake diploma of his client had been completed. So there is no need to be questioned continuously.

This refers to the results of the special case title contained in the Dumas Handling Development Notification Letter (SP3D) Number: 14657/VII/RES.7.5/2025/BARESKRIM, issued by the Police Criminal Investigation Bureau. Its contents state that the investigation was terminated by the Directorate of General Crimes (Dittipidum) in accordance with applicable regulations.

"So the purpose of the authenticity of this diploma has been completed, especially with the strengthening of various commissions and state institutions that take part in the process of holding the special case," Rivan told VOI, Thursday, July 31.

According to him, the results of the investigation conducted by the Dittipidum Bareskrim have declared Jokowi's original diploma. Then, it was strengthened by the results of the special case title by the Bareskrim Wassidik Bureau.

Moreover, in the process of holding a special case requested by the Ulama Defenders Team and Activists (TPUA), various parties were followed, starting from Commission III of the DPR RI, Kompolnas, Komnas HAM, Ombudsman, Itwasum Polri, Propam Polri, and Divkum Polri.

"The point is that the termination of the investigation by the Ditreskrimum Bareskrim is appropriate in terms of procedural, substantial and material cases," he said.

"So in our opinion, we are very objective, credible and comprehensive," Rivan continued.

In addition, in the process of holding a special case, the results of the Puslabfor examination were also stated with dozens of statements from 49 witnesses, ranging from Gajah Mada University (UGM) to a collegemate from Jokowi.

Thus, the results of a series of deepening processes related to the strata 1 (SI) of Jokowi's Faculty of Forestry cannot be doubted regarding its validity.

"It is also strengthened by the administrative evidence of Pak Jokowi's lectures since he was accepted, during his lectures to completing his duties, thesis and so on," said Rivan.
