PTPP Steps On The Probowangi Toll Project Package 3: Progress Already 79 Percent
JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) has reiterated its capacity as the spearhead of national infrastructure development. The strategic project of the Probolinggo Toll Road (Banyuwangi) Package 3 which is being worked on by BUMN construction has reached a physical progress of 79.13 percent, and is ready to penetrate the completion target according to schedule within 912 calendar days.
This project worth IDR 4.07 trillion is not just building a road, but opening a new economic corridor on the eastern tip of Java Island. The toll road, which stretches from Probolinggo to Banyuwangi, will accelerate travel time between regions, reduce logistics costs, and strengthen the integration of industrial estates and leading tourist destinations in East Java.
Construction technology innovation is the key to the advantage of this project. PTPP implements the Modified Bekisting Barrier Modified Modified Mosqued Modified Modified Mosque, which is high-precision and cost-effective staking technology because it can be used repeatedly. Uniquely, this project is a pioneer in the use of Mount Batu-stem material on toll road bodies. a breakthrough that has never been applied to other toll projects in Indonesia.
Support for project acceleration came from the Presidential Staff Office (KSP). In his review, Helson Siagian expressed his appreciation,

General Manager of UIT JBM, Handy Wihartady, also praised the performance of the PTPP project team with short but meaningful comments:

PTPP's Corporate Secretary, Joko Raharjo, explained that one of the main challenges of this project is the toll road route that intersects with the Java' Bali High Voltage Air Line (SUTT) network.
"The project team succeeded in relocating several inter-island electric transmission towers through close cross-sectoral coordination. This shows the technical capability and synergy of PTPP in dealing with field complexity," said Joko.
