The Isuzu ELF NQR B Is Now The Mainstay Of The Transjakarta Fleet

TANGERANG - PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (IAMI) is collaborating with the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency and PT Transport Jakarta (Transjakarta) to meet the needs of public transportation fleets in Jakarta and its surroundings.

The project was marked by the handover of 53 units of Isuzu ELF NQR B Transjakarta Minitrans from PT IAMI to the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, and will be operated by Transjakarta. The event took place at GIIAS 2025.

Isuzu ELF NQR B has a length of 7,425 mm and the longest wheelbase in its class is 4,175 mm, so it can accommodate 13 passengers standing and 16 passengers sitting.

Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Lupito, said that in Jakarta, there are more than one million passengers who still use bus transportation modes such as Transjakarta every day.

"Therefore, with this synergy project, it is hoped that it can provide additional public transportation fleets that can support the mobility and daily activities of the people in Jakarta," said Syafrin.
