Maruarar Sirait: First Time In Indonesia There Is People's Business Credit For Housing

JAKARTA - Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait was summoned by President Prabowo Subianto to the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Wednesday, July 30.

After meeting with President Prabowo, Minister Ara explained to reporters that the meeting was related to the readiness of the People's Business Credit (KUR) program for the housing sector, which will first be implemented in Indonesia.

According to Minister Ara, KUR will be directed at residential developers and contractors to have easier and more affordable access to online funding.

Maruarar Sirait also reported to President Prabowo regarding the planned launch of 25 thousand subsidized housing units which will be carried out en masse in September 2025. President Prabowo Subianto, according to Minister Ara, is scheduled to attend the event.
