5 Thugs Arrested After Palak Truck Drivers Next To The Rawa Buaya Cengkareng Toll Road

JAKARTA - Five thugs again harassed a driver with the threat of using sharp weapons next to the Rawa Buaya Toll Road, Duri Kosambi, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, in the early hours of Wednesday.

In a viral video, the perpetrator forces the driver to pull out his vehicle. Some of the perpetrators immediately parked two motorbikes in front of the victim's car, so the victim could not go anywhere.

Meanwhile, the other perpetrators immediately approached the windshield to launch a burglary.

The perpetrators pointed a kambit knife at the driver and asked for Rp200 thousand.

In the video description uploaded by the Instagram account @warga.jakbar, the money requested by the perpetrators was to be used as an addition to buying drinks.

Until now, the Police are still investigating the case of the sharp armed thuggery.

"We are still investigating. We have identified (the perpetrators). We ask for time to disclose," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cengkareng Police, AKP Gultom Parman in Jakarta, Wednesday.
