KPK Finds Out The Role Of Ex-Director Of Telkomsigma When Procuring Digitalization Of Pertamina Gas Stations

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the process of procuring the digitization of PT Pertamina's public refueling station (SPBU). The role of a number of parties was investigated by investigators, one of which was the former President Director of PT Sigma Cipta Caraka (SCC) or Telkomsigma for the 2014-2018 period, Iscriono Windiarjanto.

Meanwhile, Iscriono was examined as a witness on Tuesday, July 29. He was worked on by investigators at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.

"Investigators are investigating their knowledge and role in the process of procuring the digitization of PT Pertamina (Persero) gas stations for the 2018-2019 period," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters in his statement, Wednesday, July 30.

Apart from Iscriono, investigators also examined four other witnesses. They are Surya Fachrudiansyah as VP Finance of PT PINS for the period 2015-2019 and Senior Advisor of EBIS Telkom for the period 2020-2022; Hendriyanto as President Director of PT Sempuma Global Pertama; Raden Juwita Suhesti as Director of PT Pacific Cipta Solusi for the period 2018-present; and Dicky Maturama who is the Operational Manager of PT PCS for the period 2019-2022.

Previously reported, the KPK is again investigating allegations of corruption at PT Pertamina (Persero). This time, the connection with the digitization project of public refueling stations (SPBU) allegedly occurred in 2019-2023.

To investigate this case, the anti-corruption commission has issued an investigation warrant (sprindik) in September 2024. Three suspects have been named but have not been officially announced.

As for the information gathered, the three suspects are DR and W from PT Telkom and E as Director of PT Pacific Cipta Solusi.

Acting (Plt) Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu said this case ensnared PT Telkom because they were working on a digitization project. In the process, it is suspected that there was too much to pay, causing state losses which are still being calculated.

"Well, that's why most of the suspects here (suspects, ed) are from PT Telkom. This is the executor. The first one (Pertamina, ed) is the owner of the program," Asep told reporters quoted on Friday, July 25.

This digitization process is called when Pertamina enforces a policy of using quick response (QR) codes for customers who buy subsidized fuel. "This takes it from the calculation of how much was issued," he explained.
