Rare Fuel In Jember, Pertamina Adds Supply From Central Java
PT Pertamina (Persero) made alternative efforts to accelerate fuel distribution to Jember after the closure of the Gumitir Line. Through its subsidiaries, Pertamina Patra Niaga, Pertamina made additional supplies from fuel terminals in Central Java and DIY, namely Semarang, Maos, Rewu and Boyolali.
"We continue to make maximum efforts to meet the fuel needs of the Jember community and its surroundings," said Area Manager Communication, Relations & CSR of Pertamina Patra Niaga Jatimbalinus, Sunday Rahedi.
As of today, he continued, Pertamina added tank cars from the previous 86 tank cars, now to 93 units with an additional 2 units from Semarang, 1 unit from Maos, 3 units from Rewulu and 1 unit from Boyolali.
Not only in the aspect of operations, acceleration and normalization efforts are also carried out through coordination with the Jember regional government.
The Regent of Jember, Muhammad Fawait said, Pertamina together with the Jember Regency Government have held discussions to accelerate distribution normalization, quotas have also been added more than 100 percent to flood the needs in the Jember area and its surroundings.
