Commission III Of The DPR Regarding The Young Diplomat Case Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs: Investigators Have Worked Patiently And Thoroughly

JAKARTA - Chairman of Commission III of the DPR Habiburokhman appreciated the performance of the Indonesian Police (Polri), especially the Polda Metro Jaya which revealed the case of the death of a young diplomat from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Arya Daru Pangayunan, clearly and clearly.

According to Habiburokhman, the scientific criminal investigation mechanism carried out by the National Police by involving many experts really helps the public to understand the case.

"We can see that the facts presented that investigators have worked carefully, patiently, carefully and carefully," Habiburokhman told reporters, Wednesday, July 30.

Interestingly, said Habiburokhman, it was said that the victim died without other people's involvement, but investigators still have not closed this case.

"This shows that investigators fully understand the principles of criminal law under the final conclusion that must be taken with indisputable evidence," he said.

As is known, the police have announced the results of an investigation into the death of a young diplomat from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Arya Daru Pangayunan (ADP) in his boarding room, Gondangdia, Menteng, Central Jakarta.

A series of facts were revealed based on the results of the forensic test by the Puslabfor Bareskrim Polri team and doctors from RSCM as well as analysis of evidence. One of his findings was about the cause of Arya Daru's death.

The police explained that of the various available evidence, no murder was found in Arya Daru's death. The police also have not found a criminal element in the ADP death case.

"From the results of the examination, it was concluded that the ADP mortality indicator led to indications of death without the involvement of people. We conclude the results of our investigation that we conclude that we have not found any criminal events," said Director of General Investigation and Crime (Direskrimum) Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes (Pol) Wira Satya Triputra at a press conference, Tuesday, July 29.

In addition, the findings of a digital forensic investigation into the victim's laptop and mobile phone revealed that there was no threat to the victim to commit suicide. From the victim's laptop and cell phone, the police only found a search record regarding the disease.
