Sony Introduces FlexStrice, First Wireless Arcade Stick For PS5

JAKARTA - Sony Interactive Entertainment has finally officially announced the full name and details of Project Defiant, now named FlexStrice, the first wireless fleet stick designed directly by PlayStation.

In its announcement, Sony revealed that the inaugural launch of this device will take place at the 2025 Evolution Championship Series (Evo) in Las Vegas on August 1.

The device is compatible with PS5 and PC via cable connection, or wireless using PlayStation Link, innovative wireless technology with very low latency.

FlexStrice is equipped with various premium features such as mechanical buttons, ergonomic designs, and a replaceable gate resistor without tools, including box shapes, circles, and octagons.

All of the accessories can also be stored in an internal compartment and taken in a special spare bag included in the purchase package.

Visitors to the Evo 2025 in Las Vegas can see firsthand this device in the Fight Stick Museum area and Arc System Works' booth. Although the exact date has not been announced, Sony ensures FlexStrice will officially launch in 2026.
