Ready To Be The New Face Of Indonesian Music, Joanna Andrea Opens The EP Debut Through Single Release
JAKARTA - The country's music industry has a young female soloist who is preparing to steal the show, Joanna Andrea. Joining the Pro-M music label, the 20-year-old singer Gen Z is starting her new journey into music.
"Let go of emotional songs about toxic relationship and the courage to leave to save yourself" to become Joanna's first single with her new label.
The choice of Lespaskan as a new starting marker is not without reason. The song written by Ilham Laksamana is considered relevant to the discussions around Gen Z, red flags and toxic relationship.
The lyrics tell the story of someone who has been in a relationship that is full of manipulation and unilateral sacrifices, until finally decides to choose himself and let go.
Through this song, Joanna seems to invite listeners to dare to make decisions, even if it means having to separate, in order to be able to live a healthier life emotionally.
The ability to process vocals and appreciation of songs is Joanna's capital. Pro-M sees the character of her voice giving her own life, making the song more connected and touching for anyone who has been in a similar position.
