Anthropic revealed that a small number of users, including running the Claude Code on a 24-hour basis and distributing or selling access to practical accounts that violate usage provisions.
One case noted the use of the model in tens of thousands of just one subscription account worth 200 US dollars (Rp3.28 million).
As a solution, Anthropic will introduce a weekly limit system and allow Max package users to purchase additional usage quotas at standard API rates.
