Polda Metro Announces The Results Of The Investigation Of The Death Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Diplomat Tuesday Afternoon

Polda Metro Jaya will explain all the results of the investigation in an effort to reveal the cause of death of the Deputy Expert Diplomat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemlu) Arya Daru Pangayunan.

The Head of Sub-Division of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Reonald Simanjuntak, said that the submission of the results of the investigation was carried out in a press conference which was held today at 13.30 WIB.

"Yes (submission of the results of the investigation) at 13.30," said Reonald to VOI, July 29.

In this activity, the experts who were involved in handling the Arya Daru Pangayunan case, will explain the results of the examination, such as the results of the autopsy and so on.

"Later, there will also be experts such as PusInafis, Puslabfor, a team of RSCM doctors, then experts from psychophrinsic," he said.

Meanwhile, external parties such as the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said Reonald, could not confirm its presence. However, an invitation as a form of transparency in handling has been given.

"I was invited but I don't know if they came or not, because yesterday they came," said Reonald.

In an effort to reveal the cause of Arya Daru Pangayunan's death, the police have made various efforts, one of which is an analysis and evaluation (Anev) activity.

Kompolnas Commissioner Choirul Anam, who was also present at the event, revealed several things that forensic experts explained.

"The autopsy was also carried out in very detail, including how the condition of the body outside looks visible to the eyes and how the condition of the body inside is invisible," said Anam.

The condition outside the body in question is about scars. The forensic team of doctors is said to explain the causes of bruises and bruises found on Arya Daru Pangayunan's body.

Then, said Anam, the toxicology team conducted an internal body examination. The goal is to ensure whether there are chemicals or toxins in the organs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs diplomat.

"The two ingredients are also in any body. That's what was found, that's what was explained," he said.

Not only that, the anev activity also explained the position of fingerprints. It is known, the Inafis team conducted inspections and fingerprint searches at the scene.

"Well, we will also explain where the fingerprints are, how to take them, what the comparison will be," he said.

Nevertheless, Anam was reluctant to specify the results of the anev process, including whether there was a criminal element behind the death of Arya Daru Pangayunan.

It was only mentioned that this matter would later be conveyed directly by the Polda Metro Jaya. However, it was emphasized that the investigation process carried out by the police had been carried out after the procedure.

"We have seen that so far the process has been carried out transparently and can be accountable," said Anam.

Arya Daru Pangayunan was found dead in the 'Gues House Gondia' in the 105th room, Jalan Gondangdia Kecil, No 22, Cikini Village, Menteng District, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, July 8.
