The Boss Of Illegal Oil Mining In Jambi Is Subjected To The Minerba Law, Files Submitted To The Prosecutor's Office
Jambi Police investigators handed over the case of the boss managing an illegal oil well operating in the Suka Maju Village area, Mandiangin District, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province, to the research prosecutor of the Jambi High Prosecutor's Office.
"We have transferred the case file to the High Prosecutor's Office for study to complete the case file," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at the Jambi Police, Kombes Pol Taufik Nurmandia, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, July 29.
He said the case file for the suspect Kadir had been sent to the prosecutor's office and was just waiting for P19 instructions from the prosecutor for the completeness of the case.
Based on information, the owner of an illegal oil well in the name of Kadir was secured by officers after a Molot or carrying out oil mining activities without permission at the location of Suka Maju Village.
He was secured alone, and is known to have carried out illegal acts in the Mandiangin sub-district, which officers said had one illegal oil well.

The suspect was arrested last weekend while he was mining illegal oil and the perpetrator was also a financier in the action.
According to him, for his actions, the suspect was subject to Law Number 3 of 2020, which is an amendment to Law Number 4 of 2009.
