Present With A New Name, Bank Jakarta Records Positive Performance In The Second Quarter Of 2025
JAKARTA - Bank DKI, which now carries a new identity as Bank Jakarta, managed to record solid financial performance until the end of the second quarter of 2025. This achievement is in line with a comprehensive transformation strategy and business expansion steps, including through regional synergies that are increasingly strengthened.
As of June 2025, Bank Jakarta's total assets were recorded at IDR 84.72 trillion, growing by 2.96 percent compared to the position in the second quarter of 2024 of IDR 82.29 trillion. Total Asset Growth of Bank Jakarta in line with the increase in Third Party Funds (DPK) which was recorded at IDR 67.69 trillion or grew by 3.84 percent year on year (yoy).
Although the DPK competition conditions are still quite tight, CASA (Current Account Saving Account) Bank Jakarta increased by 8.03 percent (yoy), to IDR 25.37 trillion in June 2025, this is a good fundamental for Bank Jakarta to grow solidly in the future.

As of June 2025, Bank Jakarta continues to penetrate the marketing of SME loans as well as financial literacy at SME centers, collaboration with the MSME Cooperative Service in the program to empower SMEs, implementation of cooperation in channeling the distribution of Multipurpose Loans with fintech partners and cooperatives and telemarketing through various digital channels. This is a commitment of Bank Jakarta in supporting real sector growth.
President Director of Bank Jakarta, Agus H. Widodo, said that this positive performance is a reflection of Bank Jakarta's commitment to continue to grow in a healthy and inclusive manner.
"We continue to strengthen the intermediation function by expanding access to productive financing, especially for MSME players who are expected to be the driving force of the regional economy," he said, in a written statement, Monday, July 28.
As of June 2025, Bank Jakarta's net profit was recorded at IDR 421.18 billion, growing by 24.42 percent yoy from previously recorded at IDR 338.53 billion. The net profit was mainly supported by an increase in net interest income which increased by 10.38%, from IDR 1.34 trillion in June 2024, to IDR 1.47 trillion in June 2025.
Furthermore, various efficiency programs carried out by Bank Jakarta proved to be able to reduce the improving BOPO ratio to 83.86 percent from the previous 87.02 percent, or a decrease of 3.17 percent yoy.
This performance achievement was strengthened by the transformation of the company's identity. On the momentum of the 498th Anniversary of the City of Jakarta, DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung officially announced the change of call name from Bank DKI to Bank Jakarta.
The name "Bank Jakarta" was chosen because it represented the identity of the city, global resonance, and the collective aspirations of Jakarta residents. At the same time, a new logo was also introduced, featuring three diagonal lines resembling a Monas fire which is a symbol of the spirit of growth and aspirations without limits.
With solid performance foundations and new identities reflecting the spirit of the city, Bank Jakarta is increasingly optimistic that it will move forward as a strategic partner for regional economic development that is adaptive, innovative, and competitive.
