2 Officials Of The Kudus Housing Service Who Rebutted LC During Karaoke At Working Hours Deactivated
KUDUS - Kudus Regent Sam'ani Intakoris issued a decree (SK) on the temporary release of two officials from the local Housing and Settlement Areas (PKPLH) for cases of suspected karaoke during working hours and fighting over karaoke guides (Ladies Companion).
"The two PKPLH Kudus officials, namely with the initials AH and EW as of today (28/7) are temporarily relieved of their previous position," said Regional Secretary of Kudus Regency Revlisianto Subekti accompanied by Regional Inspector Kudus Eko Djumartono and Acting Assistant II of the Kudus Regional Secretariat Dwi Agung SK temporarily issued after the Kudus Inspectorate finished examining the two officials at the Kudus PKPLH Service and one party outside the government.
The results of the examination, he said, had convinced the team of examiners that there were facts that would be submitted to the Kudus Regent regarding the alleged violation of the two state civil servants (ASN), including additional information from one person who is not an ASN element.
"So we no longer need to ask for information from other parties because the existing videos are sufficient," he said.
The results of the Kudus Inspectorate examination, then submitted to the personnel discipline coaching team to make a decision, both of them will be given sanctions or not.
The decision to temporarily release, he said, was in order to facilitate the examination by the ASN Disciplinary Enforcement Team. As for filling the vacancy, the Kudus Regent also appointed a daily executor (Plh).
Acting Head of the PKPLH Service, Masyudi, who serves as Expert Staff for Economic, Development and Community Affairs and Head of the UPTD for Waste Management of the PKPLH Service, is Ristianto.
The sanctions decisions against both of them, namely AH and EW, will later be decided by the staffing officer (PPK) or the Regent of Kudus Sam'ani Intakoris, a maximum of seven days from July 28, 2025, when the person concerned is summoned for questioning by the ASN Disciplinary Enforcement Team until later it is decided whether or not there are violations and recommendations for sanctions.
In deciding the imposition of sanctions, it is based on Government Regulation (PP) Number 94/2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline.
